Renee Harris
Probate can feel intimidating—especially when you’re already dealing with loss. My work is about making that process clearer, calmer, and manageable, one step at a time.
I’m known as That Probate Lady because people come to me when they’re stuck, confused, or unsure where to begin. I help families, heirs, and personal representatives prepare and organize probate-related court paperwork so nothing is missed, rejected, or delayed.
I am not an attorney, and I don’t give legal advice. What I do provide is experienced, practical paperwork support—the kind that helps people move forward instead of feeling frozen.
Why I Do This Work
I’ve spent over two decades working with legal documents and court processes. Over the years, I’ve seen the same problem again and again:
People don’t need more opinions.
They need clear instructions, accurate paperwork, and someone who will take the time to explain what’s happening.
Many families can’t afford to hire an attorney right away—or they simply want to understand their situation before doing so. Others just want help getting the paperwork done correctly. That’s where I come in.
I believe no one should feel embarrassed for asking questions or overwhelmed by court forms written in legal language.
How I Work With Clients
When you work with me, you can expect:
Clear explanations in plain English
Step-by-step guidance without pressure
Careful review and organization of documents
Transparency about what I can and cannot help with
Respect for your time, finances, and emotional space
I move at your pace, not the court’s or anyone else’s.
